Hello lovelies! I know I haven’t been around much to blog about green beauty. I’m been super busy with my freelance writing business and my full time job.
But I wanted to review this treasure by Jane Iredale. I’m sure you have heard of the Jane Iredale Glow Time Full Coverage Mineral BB Cream.
Review on Jane Iredale BB Cream Foundation
My first impression is that this is definitely a full coverage mineral BB cream that gets the job done. It is super easy to blend. I’m using #5, and it matches my skin tone perfectly. The consistency is thick for a BB cream, because based off my memory the last few BB creams I tried were watery.
This foundation has SPF 25, which is a huge plus for me now that it is summer. I really, really, really, really don’t like putting on sunblock because of the smell. Okay, to be honest I do put on sunblock when I plan on working out outside, but I don’t like wearing it when I’m going to meet someone.
The one thing I noticed about this foundation is that a lot goes a long way. I wouldn’t cake this foundation on necessarily, but I made sure to use it sparingly.
For my base I used Vapour Soft Focus primer, and RMS un-cover up #11 for my concealer. To blend the foundation, I used a beauty blender from Target. I would use a powder for this foundation for hot summer days. I noticed that it did slip off after a few minutes when it was hot.
Overall, this is a great full foundation for the green beauty community. I also found this at Planet Beauty, which is great, because I didn’t have to go online to find my color. I think one of the most stressful things about looking for a foundation is finding the right color.
